Given that the tenant owns the building, leasing terms are irrelevant in this case; however, according to Spaulding & Slye Colliers' Winter 2005 Skyline Review report, remaining space was being marketed for $32 per sf. Boston Properties' new home, which is highlighted by a four-level underground parking facility and 25,000 sf of retail space, is near the new 2.3 million-sf Washington Convention Center.
Clark Construction Group LLC served as general contractor on the development, and its subsidiary Clark Interiors handled the build out of Boston Properties' space. Among the real estate company's new neighbors in the building is law firm Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP, which was the first to pre-lease space, taking on 250,000 sf.
