Spectrum Cauble Management Co., a joint venture between Colliers Cauble and Spectrum Realty Advisors, and locally based IDI share management duties at the 11 properties currently 95% leased. The new contract brings Spectrum Cauble Management's leasing portfolio to 12.63 million sf, one of the largest portfolios of its kind in Georgia.

"This is an incredible opportunity for our company, both to work with the estate of James Campbell, a significant US real estate owner, and to represent such quality local properties," says Steve Grable, senior vice president at Colliers Cauble.

Sydni L. Roberson, vice president and regional manager for the estate, calls Atlanta "an important market for the estate and one we have targeted for growth." The Campbell portfolio assigned to Colliers consists of six multi-building business parks and five single-building properties. Five of the parks are in the Northeast submarket and one in the Airport submarket. Three of the single-building properties are in the Northeast and two in the Airport submarket.

The Airport submarket properties are 185 Southside Industrial Parkway, a 453,587-sf distribution center; 3500 South Corporate Parkway, a 229,412-sf freezer and cooler improved distribution building; and Tradeport, a two-building, 436,000-sf park on International Boulevard.

The estate's Northeast submarket parks include Breckinridge North, a three-building, 333,577-sf business park on Breckinridge Parkway; Suwanee Creek, a five-building, 1.1-million-sf industrial development on Satellite Boulevard; Brook Hollow Distribution Center, a two-building, 286,000-sf facility on Brook Hollow Parkway; and Norcross Center, a two-building, 169,833-sf industrial development on Norcross Parkway.

The estate's single buildings in the Northeast submarket include 5985 Cabot Parkway, 138,000 sf; 2935 Shawnee Industrial Way, 350,000 sf; and 6100 Atlantic Boulevard, 217,200 sf.

The estate of James Campbell was established in 1900 as the legacy of one of Hawaii's foremost business pioneers. The estate is one of Hawaii's largest private landowners with 57,607 acres in Hawaii and properties in 17 states. The mainland US portfolio includes 12.5 million sf of prime office, retail and industrial properties in high-growth areas, according to Colliers Cauble.
