David Ross, vice president of Cresa Partners, which handled the lease arrangements for the tenant, tells GlobeSt.com that the company opted to stay in the 625,000-sf, five-building office park, located about 20 miles west of Boston, because of its location. Citing confidentiality, Ross declined to discuss terms of the lease but said the property rents for approximately $16.75 per sf.

The research and development office park, which sits a 53 acre campus, is comprised of four two-story buildings which were constructed in phases between 1987 and 1992. Joe Fallon, Sue Donovan, both with the Trammell Crow Co. represented the owner.
