Michael Frisoli with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the company, which once occupied about 50,000 sf at 5 Campanelli Circle downsized its space to 34,000 sf under a short term lease agreement with owner Canton Circle LLC.
Frisoli declined to discuss terms of the lease. The 55,000-sf, two-story flex office building generally rents for about $12 per sf, triple net. Approximately 7,000 sf still remains available for lease in the building. "It's a great location, a great building and a great facility," Frisoli says of the property, located off Route 24.
Xerox operates a training facility and has its sales and service offices at the site. Frisoli, along with Cal Hudak, also with Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented Xerox in the lease negotiations. The owner was self represented by Hal Garnick.
