Hinson comes to the company from the Amerigroup Corp., where he was director of corporate real estate. He will be based in Virginia Beach, VA. Over the past two decades, Hinson has closed more than 200 leases totaling more than $200 million and 2.5 million sf.
"I'm confident that he'll strengthen the presence of the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand in the South, as well as build opportunities and relationships in new market that we're focusing on in the next three to five years," says George E. Slusser, president and COO of the firm.
Hahn, meanwhile, comes to Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates from Kinesis LLC of Morristown, NJ, where he was a principal in program management. Based at the company's worldwide headquarters here, he will lead a team focused on interactive marketing technology efforts.
