Site improvements at Abraham Lincoln High School include replacing the running track surface with an all-weather asphalt; replacing, coloring, and texturing the post-tensioned concrete slab for the four-court tennis complex; and replacing the football field with a synthetic grass field. Some outdoor athletic equipment also will be replaced. The project is valued at $1. 7 million and will be completed in July 2005. Steve DeThomas will serve as project manager and Alex Lee will serve as superintendent. HCL Engineering & Surveying Inc. will serve as the civil engineer.

Parent Project 3754 involves renovation work at four schools--Amesse Elementary School, East High School, Fairmont Elementary School, and McGlone Elementary School. The Amesse Elementary School renovation work includes exterior painting; replacement of the kitchen floor; roofing repairs and re-roofing; replacing the cooling tower; and replacing the burners in the boilers.

The East High School project involves replacing the football field with synthetic turf; replacing the running track surface; new sod and irrigation at the baseball field; and detention pond and drainage work. Fairmont Elementary School work involves replacing the windows and carpet, and painting. McGlone Elementary School includes floor renovation and carpet replacement work. The project is valued at $2.7 and will be completed in August. Seth Noble will serve as project manager and Jesse Prater will serve as superintendent. Oz Architecture of Denver is the designer.
