JF & JB Enterprises, a limited partnership from Denver and Arlington, will use the building at 3510 Dalworth St. to distribute tape products. The business was started by former Bron Tape Inc. employees, who placed the highest of three offers within 60 days of the asset coming to market, says Frank G. Lester with Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington. "This building is in great shape," he tells GlobeSt.com. "I knew it wouldn't take long for someone to realize it."
Bron Tapes of Texas LLC, the predecessor business, previously distributed tape products from 1000 Oakmead Dr., also an Arlington address, according to Tarrant County tax records. John Hendricks with Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners represented the buyers.
Built in 1981, the building, positioned on nearly an acre, previously housed Dallas Wheels & Accessories Inc. The sellers, Judy G. Robertson of Marietta, GA and Jerry J. Ratliff of Justin, TX sold the business and then sold the real estate, Jester says.
