Broder Bros., which is a wholesaler of imprintable sportswear and accessories, is relocating its headquarters from E. Hunting Park Ave. in Philadelphia to the Bucks County location. Neshaminy Interplex contains eight office buildings, a Radisson Hotel, a childcare center and other amenities. The developer and manager is locally based Korman Commercial Properties. According to Neil Shupak of Philadelphia-based GVA Smith Mack, Broder is the first tenant in Building Six since the beginning of its $1-million renovation.

Shupak represented the tenant, while the area office of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner. Norman Hullinger, Broder's VP of operations, says in a statement that the new location's "professional environment will be advantageous in attracting and retaining the new talent needed to run our business."
