Chesterfield Township-based Troy Tube is expanding into the new building. They will be using this facility for storage and light manufacturing. Joseph E. DePonio and Jason Capitani from L. Mason Capitani, Inc. represented both parties in the sale transaction.
DePonio also represented both parties in a recent industrial deal in neighboring Sterling Heights. In that transaction, Matuschek Welding Products, Inc. signed a five-year lease on 42378 Yearego in Sterling Heights.
Matuschek is a German company that is expanding into the United States. This facility will serve as their North American headquarters. Advanced Builders is the landlord.
