The work of architectural firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill, One Metro Center tops a 12-story building that features a Hecht's department store on the first few levels, with the office segment beginning on the seventh floor.
In addition to an East End location just blocks from the White House, the property has direct internal access to the city's Metro Center Station where three metro lines are available. Currently 90% occupied--with that number expected to rise to 94% over the next few months--One Metro Center is home to a solid list of tenants, including law firm White & Case LLP, which is occupying a 118,000-sf space under a 15-year lease.
