The new building is the first within Patrinely's Princeton Corporate Campus, which at build-out will consist of 800,000 sf encompassing five five-story office buildings on a 75-acre site within Princeton Forrestal Center. The project is directly across Route 1 from the firm's earlier area project, the two-building, 225,000-sf 100 and 150 College Rd. West.
CB Richard Ellis is currently marketing 110 Campus Rd. for single or multi-tenancy. First vice president Brad Fenlon is heading the leasing and marketing campaign in New Jersey, while Stephen B. Siegel, the firm's chairman of global brokerage, is spearheading the New York and national campaign. Patrinely's development partner for 110 Campus Rd. is USAA Real Estate Co.
