Goldwasser's clients have included Pittston/Brinks, Unilever USA, Hilton Hotels, Kraft Foods, and the Chicago park district. Along with being a dominant deal maker in the city and western Cook County suburbs, he has carved a niche in deals involving rezoning and redevelopment.
Most recently, Goldwasser represented RDM Development & Investment in its $4.2-million acquisition of 1.2 acres at Kinzie Street and Des Plaines Avenue, where it plans a three-building condominium project on land formerly owned by CMC Heartland Partners. Last summer, he represented Warner Candy Co. in a 111,272-sf lease with Hamilton Partners at 1099 Pratt Ave. in Elk Grove Village. Also last year, he was involved in negotiations for V-Land Corp.'s $5.75-million purchase of a former Benjamin Moore plant and warehouse at 2501 W. North Ave. in Melrose Park.
