Both tenants signed on for seven-year terms at the building and each will occupy 6,833 sf. Catapult, which will move from 368 Congress St., will occupy the fifth floor while Essential, which will move from 186 South Street, will take the sixth floor of the building. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed, but Topper said space in the area generally rents in the high-teens to low $20s per sf. Topper along with Lowe and Crooks handled the negotiations for both tenants. Dave Montero of RealMont, Inc. in Boston, represented the building's owner, South Cove Community Health Center, which occupies most of the remaining space in the property.
