Earlier this year, Much and Connolly handled the sale of Midas International Corp.'s 48,456-sf building at at 4235 W. 42nd to architectural lighting manufacturer Focal Point.
Monda Window & Door, which makes vinyl windows and doors here and New York City, swung its purchase with a $2.65-million mortgage from NAB Bank, according to property records. The building includes 17,594 sf of office space.
