All three say they left Crow because they were looking for new career challenges. Crow officials couldn't be reached for comment. Brett Hunsaker, CBRE's senior managing director in Atlanta, calls the addition of the three professionals "a strategic win for us." He says that "with Bill, Pat and Jason on board, we can now provide the same level of comprehensive marketing and leasing services to our industrial owner clients."
Kee, Murphy and Webb have more than 42 years of combined real estate experience and "have been consistently recognized as some of Atlanta's top industrial leasing agents," Hunsaker says. At Crow, the trio oversaw an industrial leasing portfolio totaling 15 million sf in 150 buildings.
Prior to joining Crow, Murphy was a senior vice president with Duke Realty Group, formerly Duke-Weeks. He was with Duke for 14 years. Kee was with the Myrick Co. for eight years before joining Trammell Crow.
