Vacancy in the Central Kane/DuPage County submarket is 6.4%, according to CB Richard Ellis.
NAI Hiffman executive vice president Daniel P. Leahy, SIOR and associate Roth represented USAA Realty Co. in negotiations with Kirk Armour of CB Richard Ellis, who represented the beverage packing and bottling company. CB Richard Ellis also is marketing the Blackhawk Center for sale for USAA Realty Co.
