Bahrenburg Investments sealed the deal for land at 2466 Merrell Rd. in Dallas with a 60-day due diligence and 10-day close, Nathan Denton with Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. The acre is situated close to the Interstate 35E and Walnut Hill intersection. "There's not much land left at all in that area," Denton says. "They were scouting the area because before the sign went up I got a call."
Ables Partners, the longtime owner, sold a ready-to-go development tract, according to Denton. As a result, ground will break on the office/warehouse as soon as the building permits clear city desks, he adds.
Mark Biggs of the Biggs Co. in Dallas represented the buyer. Biggs' firm, Mayco Construction Co., will build the structure for investor, David Bahrenburg.
