In the largest of the transactions, Voice FX LLC, a provider of interactive voice response outsource services, adds 5,986 sf to its renewal for an existing 8,621 sf of space at One Plymouth Meeting, a 167,748-sf building at 502 W. Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. This takes the building's occupancy to 94%.

Jack Fruncillo, Mack-Cali in-house leasing director, represented the owner. Paul Wolfson of NAI Geis Realty Group, spoke for Voice FX. Terms of the lease are undisclosed. Published rates in the building range from $22 per sf to $23 per sf.

Erie Indemnity Co., an insurance provider, renews its 11,080-sf lease at Rose Tree I in Media, taking the 100,000-sf building's occupancy to 83.2%. Fruncillo negotiated with Carl Gersbach and Steve Kriz of CB Richard Ellis, who represented the tenant. Published rental rates range from $22 per sf to $24 per sf.

Brotech Corp., which supplies water purification systems, renewed its 9,718-sf lease at 150 Monument Rd., a 125,783-sf class A office building in Bala Cynwyd, where occupancy stands at 62.5%. Robert Leu, Mack-Cali's in-house leasing director, represented the owner, and Gene McHale of Conshohocken-based Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented Brotech. Terms of the lease and rental rates in the building are undisclosed. These three agreements are among recent transactions for an aggregate of 127,478 sf at Mack-Cali properties in suburban Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
