PORTLAND, OR-Locally based property manager wins the asset management assignment for 1.2 million sf of real estate owned by the newly formed Bill Naito Corp. The Naito family's real estate holdings and Made In Oregon retail chain, both previously owned by H. Naito Corp., were split up as part of a January settlement agreement following a family dispute that led to litigation.
