Shannon says the company, which prepares infomercials for a number of supplement sellers and other firms, was located in four different suites under its prior lease. The new one, he says, gives the company the entire two-story building in which to consolidate its offices. "With its attractive design, the building provides an excellent corporate image, well-suited for ITV Direct as it brings all of its offices into one central location," says Shannon.

Located within Cherry Hill Park, a 200-acre office park on Route 128 adjacent to the Beverly Airport, 55 Cherry Hill Dr. was built in 1993 and features a brick exterior with a two-story atrium lobby and an underground 42-space parking garage. The Beverly office park numbers among its tenants Millipore, Axcelis Technologies, Inc., Abiomed and Osram Sylvania.

The building was previously occupied by Axcelis Technologies, which moved out about two years ago, Shannon says. While terms of the ITV Direct lease were not disclosed, properties in the area generally rent for between $10 and $12 triple net. Shannon and Steve James, executive vice president and principal with NAI Hunneman Commercial represented the tenant. The owner, A & A Associates, was represented by Klemmer Associates LLC.
