In the Gainesville area, the Heritage Hunt Office Condos Buildings 1 & 2 at the Heritage Hunt Commercial Center are now available, offering 40,000 sf among two three-story structures. Hubert also completed the Ridgeview Office Condominium, a 53,000-sf office property in Loudoun County; the two-story facility is divided into 27 units. And in Dulles, buildings E, F and G are now available at Dulles Trade Center I. The three single-story structures feature an aggregate 144,000 sf of flex/industrial office condo space.
In a statement last year announcing the groundbreaking for Ridgeview, Buchanan principal Brian Benninghoff noted that, "the market for commercial condominiums continues to be strong, with low interest rates and small-business owners' desire to control their long-term real estate costs."
