The $55-million community on 29 acres incorporates a mixture of ranch, town home, flat, and carriage house plans within each of the 39 buildings. Pre-sales have begun at Gold Peak with construction scheduled to be complete in late 2006. The project is located off Quebec Street, a half mile south of C-470.

Most plans have been designed with a main-floor master suite. Gold Peak will culminate the decade-long build-out of Palomino Park, a multifamily, resort-style community with five ct villages surrounding a 30-acre park. The Gold Peak neighborhood will incorporate 259 town homes and condominiums, ranging from 1,100 sf to 2,400 sf with two to three bedrooms, initially priced between $189,000 and $365,000. The project has been designed with Built Green, or energy saving and conservation-minded principles.

"Versatility best describes Gold Peak," says project architect, Happy Harrington, president of Harrington Architectural. "Each floor plan was designed with a bonus or flex space that can be finished and oriented in a variety of ways to meet the individual needs and lifestyle of each resident."
