Kevin S. McGovern has ended a short run on his own after a two-year stint as a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Dallas to join the office services group for the Northbrook, IL-based Grubb & Ellis. Meanwhile, the Dunning Co. has brought independent Lamar Haynes on board as a result of a recent move by principal James Ziegler to Connected Development Services, an affiliate of the Retail Connection.

"Kevin has been a leader in the Dallas market and we are fortunate to now have him on our team," says Moody Younger, executive vice president and managing director. McGovern, with 13 years' experience and a black book with Sony, Penske and Adecco Worldwide, will be based in the Dallas office.

At the Dunning Co., Haynes' chief duty will be to oversee the land portfolio of high-profile retail corners, including working with cities for entitlement rights. "He obviously won't replace Jim," Dunning tells GlobeSt.com, "but he'll help out a lot." For that story, click here.
