CB Richard Ellis officials say the deal will allow HQ Global Workplaces to offer more services to more companies at its new building. In total, the move will expand its Rye operations by approximately 24% and will also afford the firm to significantly upgrade the amenities, build-out and infrastructure available to its clients, as well as increase the possible office space opportunities, CBRE officials add. Companies looking for accommodations within the space will now have the chance to lease anything from one work station to several offices once the firm relocates.

According to Michael Berretta, vice president, business development of HQ Global Workplaces, 411 Theodore Fremd Ave. was "a creative solution to our growing client demand for space in the Rye market. While space was available in our size range in several different buildings, we really felt that 411 Theodore Fremd Ave. met our needs to a tee. The landlord worked with us to assemble an appropriate block and we're looking forward to all the new business a location in such a quality building can bring."

David Block and Michael Siegel of CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield office, along with Roy Appel and Stephen B. Siegel of the Midtown Manhattan office represented HQ Global. As part of a nationwide corporate initiative between the two firms, the brokers will also work to find tenants for the facility. CB Richard Ellis is the exclusive representative of HQ Global Workplaces on a national level.

In the northern suburbs of New York City, HQ Global Workplaces, a provider of office space solutions and business support services, also has shared office facilities space at 50 Main St. in White Plains, 520 White Plains Rd. in Tarrytown, as well as at One Stamford Plaza (263 Tresser Blvd.) in Downtown Stamford, CT and in Shelton, CT at 4 Research Dr. (1 Reservoir Corporate Centre).
