The Benson Co.s built the Pottstown Pike property as headquarters for B&B Homes. In addition to marketing the building for sale, John Lieberman, a principal, and Michael Antonelli, an associate with Wayne-based Lieberman Earley & Co. are also agents for the rental of two office suites aggregating 5,920 sf in the building.

The asking rental rate for the suites is $19.50 per sf, plus utilities and janitorial service, according to Lieberman. Each suite, he says, is approximately 2,960 sf and each contains a kitchenette, private bath and individually metered electric service.

The West Chester condo unit includes 2,250 sf of finished office space and 3,000 sf of production and warehouse area with a 20-foot clear ceiling height, according to Steve Italiano, SVP of industrial property in the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis. Italiano was the sole agent in the transaction.
