In the Hawthorne Industrial Park, Arlington Heights-based First American Properties acquired a 97,000-sf manufacturing and office building at 3725 Hawthorne Ct. Although a purchase price was not disclosed, Exton, PA-based International Filing Co. was asking $3.3 million for the property it acquired for $3 million in 2002.

Lakeside Industrial Center LLC sold the Grove Tri-State Business Park building, which was leased to four tenants. Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International principals Patricia G. Baldwin, SIOR and Leslie P Spinner, SIOR represented Gurnee Investors LLC. A $2.6-million mortgage came from Libertyville Bank and Trust, according to property records.

CB Richard Ellis' Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner were sole brokers in the sale of 3725 Hawthorne Ct., which includes 5.5 acres.
