"The lease was up, and Sierra Tile was looking for a building with better exposure and one that fit its image better," Curtis Brown, principal with Ross Brown Partners Inc., tells GlobeSt.com, adding that the company looked at a lot of buildings before deciding on 4219 E. Broadway Rd. "This one fit them so well. It was apparent from the get-go that this was the building they wanted."
According to Brown, the 68,630-sf building is 60% preleased, which will be ready to occupy in July. MainSpring Capital Partners LLC is developing the building. Brown partnered with colleagues Rick Collins and Cami Boyd to broker the transaction. Sierra Tile Supply Inc. will be relocating from 3534 E. Southern Ave.
