"The company has been experiencing some recent success with their products and they are hiring so when some space adjacent to their current location became available, it made sense to keep the company together," Tucker Hansen, with Meredith and Grew's Boston office tells GlobeSt.com. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hansen says the firm, which develops personalization solutions for retailers, online consumer services and search services, including Yahoo! and AOL, looked around at other space in the area but opted to stay in Kendall Square where they have been located since 2000 because of its location near Cambridge's high-tech corridor.
ChoiceStream's expansion along with existing tenant ADD Inc. and several smaller firms, now puts the four-story 65,000-sf class A building at 100% occupancy. Hansen, along with Joe Flaherty also with Meredith and Grew represented ChoiceStream The building's owner, the Bulfinch Cos., was represented internally by Michael Wilcox.
