Einfeldt previously served as a preconstruction director overseeing projects including the @Lightspeed co-location facility and the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion and Education Building II for the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center on the Fitzsimons at Aurora campus.
Einfeldt has also served as a chief estimator and director of preconstruction, where he supported projects including the Sun Microsystems Phase II Campus in Denver and the Harbor Court mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Einfeldt has a bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Bradley University in Peoria, IL.
The Denver office of Opus Northwest, LLC, has completed numerous projects in its 10-year history including Centennial Promenade, Lakewood City Commons, the Federal Department of Transportation's 128,342- sf office building in Lakewood and more than 1.5 million-sf for American Furniture Warehouse. Currently, the Denver office is completing such as the Environmental Protection Agency's Region 8 Headquarters in downtown Denver and the City of Northglenn's redevelopment at 120th and Interstate 25.
