This expansion strengthens the global courier and logistics company's already significant presence in Florida. Its US headquarters are in Plantation.
Beacon Centre contains an aggregate of more than 2.5 million sf of office, industrial and retail space, and, according to Pino, it is now 99% occupied. "It is a premium business park, and the DHL distribution space is class A," he adds.
