The building is located just steps from Quincy Market, Government Center, the North End, Boston's waterfront and Financial Districts.
The 10-story, 26,671-sf building, is home to a number of small businesses but is best known as the location of the Black Rose, one of Boston's landmark Irish pubs. Terms of the lease arrangement were not released.
The transaction was negotiated for IA by William J. Crean Jr,, first vice president with CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners. The property's owner Northland Investment Corp., was represented by William Kelly, senior leasing analyst and Bruce Nolen, vice president of Commercial Real Estate for Northland.
