Munoz comes to C&W from New York-based Community Development Trust where she was an accounting executive for five years. Her career includes stints with Deloitte & Touche, Prudential Real Estate, Colliers ABR, and the Related Cos.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Munoz will supervise a staff of three CPAs who provide financial reporting, lease-analysis, budgeting and cash-flow projections for the firm's management portfolio of industrial, office and retail assets throughout the state.
