"They didn't receive any incentives to move here. It was the quality of life that attracted them," says Mark Krison with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office. He, Bob Crum and David Carder represented SunCor Development in the lease of the two-week-old building at 1721 W. Rio Salado Pkwy. Rick Collins with Ross Brown Partners Inc. in Phoenix bargained the pact for Monster Worldwide.
Krison tells GlobeSt.com that the leading job search firm was particularly attracted to Rio West Business Park's proximity to Arizona State University, which allows it to draw from a large labor pool. Monster will move into the building in August.
