Jim Grady, vice president at NAI Hunneman Commercial's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that although terms of the five-year lease were not disclosed, industrial properties in the area generally rent in the mid-$5 per-sf price range. "The building offers flexibility and quick access to Route 93 and other highways, as well as good value for the new tenant "says Grady, who put the deal together for locally based owner, Resources Business Management & Property Corp.

Grady says the property drew a lot of interest from buyers eager to cash in on its 4.5 acres of land and its 52,800-sf, single-story warehouse and distribution facility with 7,200 sf of office space, but the owner preferred to leave the building vacant until he could secure a tenant.MS International was represented by Arlon Brown of Parsons Commercial Group in Framingham.
