New tenants include Management Specialists Inc., Huebner Marketing, Peterson Publishing, Rocky Mountain Medical Spa, ConAgra, Colorado Financial Management, attorney Greg Schlender, and Primerica Financial Services.
"Companies are quietly moving to Northern Colorado, and small businesses are expanding, which has increased the demand for quality office space," says Ron Kuehl, vice president of Real Estate for McWhinney Enterprises, who is responsible for office leasing. Of the new companies moving to Centerra, two are from Nebraska and one each from Texas, Boulder, CO and Greeley, CO.
As a result of demand for office space, McWhinney recently broke ground on a 31,500-sf flex/office warehouse building and will begin construction next month on Rangeview Two, a 40,000-sf, three story, class A office building along the shore of Equalizer Lake.
"We wanted to begin these two new buildings now to ensure we areaccommodating our customer's growth and that we are meeting the demand for new office space in Northern Colorado," says Chad McWhinney, principal and CEO of McWhinney Enterprises.
Rangeview Two will sit on a three-acre site directly south of Rangeview One, which is home to McWhinney Enterprises, the Northern Colorado Economic Development Corp. and nine other regional companies. The location along Equalizer Lake provides immediate access to Old Canal Park and the pedestrian trails of the High Plains Environmental Center, is directly across the street from the new Medical Center of the Rockies, and within walking distance to the restaurants and retail stores atthe Marketplace at Centerra.
