Cuddahy says Weintraub Telecomm is leasing the entire building as its new expanded headquarters. The average asking rental rate for office space here ranges from $22.19 per sf to $26.55 per sf, according to a first-quarter 2005 report from the Philadelphia office of Grubb & Ellis. Weintraub provides information technology, telecommunications and cable systems design and related services to education facilities and such companies as Comcast and Motorola. It is relocating and expanding from 1,800 sf of office space in Valley Forge Commons in nearby Schuylkill Twp.
