Other tenants include Harvard Vanguard, Rocket Software, McKessin Health and Macromedia, which remains the largest tenant in the building, Ted Shannon, vice president of NAI Hunneman's Boston office tells GlobeSt.com. The space was formerly occupied by Macromedia. Terms of the lease were not released but the property generally rents in the low $20 per-sf price range, he says.

Shannon adds that the company, formerly located at 100 Lowderbrook Rd. in Westwood, wanted easy access to Route 128 along with a high-tech feel for their offices and found just what they were looking for in the four-story former warehouse. An aggressive office rent also helped seal the deal, he says.

The move represents an expansion of about 8,000 sf for the firm, which occupied approximately 25,000 sf at its former location, Shannon notes. The building is owned by Equity Properties which converted the former warehouse into office use several years ago.
