PORTLAND-With local hoteliers demanding a smaller convention center hotel and the Oregon Convention Center in favor of the 800-room facility developers were asked to propose last September, the Portland Development Commission again tells the evaluation committee to withhold its developer recommendation, which will in turn delay the rest of the PDC's decision-making timeline.
