Spectrum is expected to be a live-work-play destination at 444 W. Broad St. Designed by architectural firm Cooper Carry Inc., the property will feature 189 residential condominium units, 30,000 sf of ground-level retail, 29,000 sf of office space, and a nearly 235,000-sf parking facility to accommodate 620 vehicles.
Extras include a fitness center, media room, community meeting room and garden terrace. Spectrum is situated off a major thoroughfare, Interstate 66, and is equidistant from the West Falls Church Metro and East Falls Church Metro stations. Bovis' management services commitment to the project will conclude when construction reaches its anticipated completion date in May 2007.
