In the last of the South Bay deals, Dr. David Lee's Jamison Properties acquired an 115,081-sf medical office building at 1045 W. Redondo Beach Blvd. in Gardena from Gardena Medical Plaza Partnership of Gardena for $14.1 million. The five-story, steel-frame building was built in 1989 and was 69% leased at the time of sale. Shannon, Moore, Schumacher and Perkins represented the buyer and the seller.
