"We're optimistic this will go very well because its one of the best most visible sites along the beltway," Stephen H. Jaggard, with developer Vantage Cos. in Houston, tells GlobeSt.com. He says the project complements two similar, recently completed projects on 25 nearby acres that leased up quickly following delivery. The latest four-building addition to the Beltway 8 Business Center should be fully leased within a year after construction is completed, he predicts.
Located immediately east of Southwest Crossing with frontage on Beltway 8/Sam Houston Tollway, the center's third phase will include a landscaped esplanade and 14-foot, clear height bays with glass fronts and a drive-up door in the rear. Designed and engineered by Architects Plus, Inc. of Houston, it is being built by K-W Construction Co., also from Houston.
