"This is a great location and it's exciting to be a part of the changing landscape of the city of Scottsdale." Mike Bontrager, president of the Southwest Business Unit of the Weitz Co., says in a press release. The 9977 N. 90th St. park is home to high-profile tenants like Micro Systems and Fidelity National Title Insurance.

Project manager Chad Nelson says the multimillion-dollar building will have a stucco exterior and three tiled lobbies. It will rise as shell space with build-to-suit interiors. Sunbelt Ventures, LLC is the developer; 90 Mountainview LLC is the owner of record. Jeff Wentworth and Blake Hastings with Grubb & Ellis CBRE in Phoenix are preleasing the building.
