"The lease term is for 10 years and has an aggregate value of $5 million," according to Steven Wasserman, a partner in the local office of Colliers International. Wasserman and associate David Wigoda are the exclusive leasing agents for the property and represented the owner, Jackson, MI-based EastGroup Properties in the negotiation. Philip Gunn, an independent broker based in Dallas, represented Aviall, which is an aircraft maintenance and aftermarket company.
Executive Airport Commerce Center, located at 3200 W. Prospect Rd., is a three-building complex aggregating 140,000 sf. Two of the three buildings are fully leased, Wasserman tells GlobeSt.com, "and the Aviall lease takes the third building to 80% occupancy."
