The company has outgrown its current space, according to Antonio Davis, president. The new facility allows it to not only accommodate more athletes, but also broaden its spectrum of training practices. The facility will contain three hardwood basketball/volleyball courts, a 2,000-sf Pilates and yoga studio, an 80-yard track, a 50-yard indoor turf field, three generation-defined weight training rooms and a concession stand.
In addition, Davis says, "our new building has an ideal location for our client base." Teams and athletes travel from as far as Lancaster and Maryland to train with the company and the new building provides a central, easily identifiable location, accessible from Rtes. 76 and 202 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Peter Strickler and Reid Blynn of the Philadelphia office of GVA Smith Mack represented Aspiring Champions. Bob Fox of locally based Fox Commercial Realty represented the unidentified seller.
