Bentley Forbes Names CFO

Kasim fills a spot that has been empty for some time at Bentley Forbes, which has been expanding its investment activities and strengthening its management team as part of the expansion. Frederick Wehba, chairman and co-founder of privately held Bentley Forbes, says the company chose Kasim for his experience in the financial, strategic and accounting needs of many of real estate and hospitality companies. Bentley Forbes owns a portfolio valued at more than $1 billion and is focvused on acquiring long-term value in class A properties. Its holdings include office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties, light manufacturing facilities and warehouses.

At Alvarez & Marsal, Aulabaugh has joined the firm's real estate advisory services group as a senior director in the Los Angeles office. Aulabaugh specializes in providing strategic real estate counseling advice to a national client base including corporations, real estate investors and REITs. He formerly was a director with Huron Consulting Group, where he was responsible for real estate services on the West Coast. Alvarez & Marsal's real estate advisory services group, based in downtown Los Angeles, provides a range of services for real estate buyers, sellers, investors and lenders.
