DeGrinis, Grant Harris and John Ochoa of Colliers Seeley represented both the buyer and the seller, Calle San Pablo LLC. DeGrinis, Harris and Ochoa will also be the leasing agents for the repositioned property. DeGrinis says the redeveloped building will aim to capitalize on the lack of comparable spaces in the Camarillo market, where industrial demand has grown lately. According to DeGrinis, business owners who want to be in the Conejo Valley but who want to spend less on occupancy costs are turning to nearby Camarillo because space is generally less expensive in Camarillo.
