Specifics on the organization's lease agreement with property owner KBS Realty Advisors have not been revealed; however, CB Richard Ellis's Thomas Minton and Gray Randolph, who represented the owner, currently market space at the property for $13.50 per sf. Advantis Real Estate's Mary Ellen Woolfolk and Mike Mausteller represented the tenant.

Hampton III, built in 1987, sits right off I-64 in the Hampton Roads Center corporate office park near Thomas Nelson Community College and NASA. The single-story class B facility is also home to tractor-trailer driver instruction company Shippers' Choice of Virginia Inc.
