Terms of the leasing arrangement were not disclosed. "With a 30-year history in Burlington, Bank of America is an important tenant," David Provost, senior vice president of leasing for Boston Properties, says in a statement announcing the deal. Provost says access to nearby highways along with Burlington's rich amenity base are among the reasons companies chose to stay in the Burlington area.
The leasing agreement was arranged for Bank of America by John Boyle, Keith Gurtler, and Tom Hansen, all with Trammell Crow Co. of Boston. Stacey Baker, vice president of Boston Properties, represented the ownership. The property, located 12 miles from Boston, across from the 420-room Burlington Marriott and the Burlington Mall, features a central atrium and shares a café and conference center with a neighboring building.
