Raymond and Elona Verveckken of Dallas, owners of Rayvec Imports, were the highest of three offers for 11420 Plano Rd., a 26-year-old building on nearly an acre, Stephen Cooper with Dallas-based Robert Lynn Co. tells GlobeSt.com. "It's strictly a user deal," he says.
The holding was on the market for lease after the Atlanta-based Aaron Rents pulled out, but moved to the "for sale" roster at the beginning of this year. The Verveckken contract passed closing within 45 days of it going on the table, according to Cooper.
Cooper says the new owners plan to tackle a minor renovation to make the structure ready for their inventory. Curt Fuller of Newmark Global Real Estate Advisors in Dallas represented the buy side.
