Patterson Dental Supply Inc. leases 13,000 sf in suite 703 at Seven Chelsea Parkway. The company, which provides dental supplies and office management materials to dentists and healthcare practices, is relocating from approximately 9,000 sf in One Chelsea Parkway. The new property is a flex building with access to I 95 and Rte. 322.
QS Pharmaceutical expands to 4,800 sf of office space at Three Chelsea Parkway, adjacent to its current space. This building has 18-ft clear ceilings and dock loading capabilities.
Steve Italiano and Dan Reeder, SVPs in the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis, were the sole agents in the transaction. They represented Wilmington, DE-based BPG Industrial Partners III, the properties' owner.
